Let’s talk over a cup of coffee

This week, Israel had launched a sweeping airstrike campaign against Iran, its boldest move in years. Targets weren’t just military bases. They went after Iran’s nuclear and missile infrastructure, striking deep into cities like Tehran. Explosions lit up the skyline, and reports said Iran’s top military commander and several senior officials were killed. Even nuclear scientists and key sites like Natanz were hit. The world this week, it seems, is holding its breath, waiting to see if there is something far bigger. What’s next?

This week reflects the enduring strength and complexity of the American spirit, as celebrations, protests, and parades across the nation highlight our shared freedoms and differing views. It’s a time when Americans come together, and speak out, and wrestle with what it truly means to pursue liberty, justice, and the promise of a more perfect union.

The United States has officially stated it was not involved in the Israeli strikes, though the situation has heightened tensions across the Middle East and drawn international concern.

A nationwide wave of protests and political division was sparked by President Donald Trump's massive military parade in Washington, D.C., coinciding with his 79th birthday and the U.S. Army's 250th anniversary.

The Power of Positive Change: Small Steps, Big Impact

Positive change doesn’t have to come in grand, sweeping gestures. More often, it starts quietly, with a glass of water in the morning, five minutes of gratitude, or a decision to walk instead of scroll. True transformation is built on the small, repeated choices we make each day. The good news? You don’t need a complete life overhaul to create meaningful progress. You just need to begin.

Embed new habits by attaching them to routines you already do. This is a method called "habit stacking," popularized by James Clear in Atomic Habits. Instead of forcing change, build it naturally into your existing rhythm for lasting, low-resistance results. Habit stacking is like adding a shot of espresso to your morning brew. it’s that simple, and powerful. Suddenly, you’re unstoppable. Try this: every time you make your coffee, do three squats. Boom — caffeine-fueled fitness.

The beauty of positive change lies in its accessibility. You don’t need more time, money, or motivation. What you do need is just the willingness to make a tiny shift today. And then again tomorrow. When those small shifts become a rhythm, they turn into a life.

Start where you are. Take one small step. Then another. And watch how everything begins to change.
